The 50L Home Coalition is looking for visionary leaders who share the same passion for a better world like us. Meet our Team

Melissa Landman

Senior Associate

Prior to joining 50L Home, Melissa worked in various areas of the water sector for 10 years, including WASH, nature-based solutions, and IoT. Prior to pursuing her M.S. at Tufts University in Water Resources Engineering and Environmental Policy, she worked at a water technology non-profit in central Mexico. During this time, she pushed forward rainwater harvesting initiatives, as well as collaborated on the design of a low-cost universal water filter.

Frantz Beznik

Director

With more than 30 years of experience in P&G R&D, Frantz is a passionate innovator with a sustained track record across multiple categories on leading brands like Tide, Mr. Clean, and Swiffer. Frantz’ motto is to “Make Sustainable Irresistible®” for the billions of consumers that P&G serves around the world. He spearheaded the formation of the 50L Home Coalition– partnering with the World Business Council for Sustainable Development & the World Economic Forum– to bring together companies, technology innovators, public places, research organizations, policy makers and communities to further drive systems-transformation – to make “50L per day per person feel like 500L, at low carbon” at scale.

Grace Hamilton-Burge

Senior Associate

Prior to joining 50LHome, Grace completed her degrees in environmental sciences and sustainable energy engineering. She has worked for multiple levels of government in Canada and as supported energy and health mandates through her time as a consultant. Grace loves hiking and her cat MJ who you may have the pleasure of seeing on a virtual call!
